CEREMONIES AND RECEPTIONS
Ceremonies can take place in our large dining room (100), our patio area with groomed landscaping, or in our grand canopied tent.
Receptions may be held in any of our spaces, depending on your needs. The tent may be divided in half, with space for the ceremony and then the reception following on the other half. Or the tent can be reset during a cocktail hour on the patio, depending on your group size and needs.
Rehearsal dinners and bridal showers are well suited to our private New York room, which holds up to 50.
We make all our food in-house and are able to prepare a variety of cuisines. We also have many selections that meet the needs of those with special dietary restrictions. We have a series of catering menus for your consideration, but we are able to customize your meal selections based on your suggestions.

No, you do not. All tables, chairs, white or black linens, glassware, flatware and plates are available for parties of any size.
The tent has 8 ceiling fans and removable panels for the summer, and heating for the fall. The average summer evening temperature in Napanoch is in the 60’s.
No, they do not. The tent contains a permanent, granite full wet bar.
Really, really, really big. It can also be configured to the size of your party.
We have a special room called the Bridal Room, where the bridal party is given private access for pre-ceremony touch-ups and wardrobe changes.
Absolutely, we have an enormous, well maintained parking lot capable of handling any party size- no creative parking required. In the case of rain, we have a portico for the front door drop off.
No, we do not charge extra site fees.
